Returns & Refunds
We understand that you may change your mind. We offer returns for a partial refund, subject to the conditions below.
Due to hygiene reasons, hair products must be returned in their original, unused condition. We do not accept returns for items that have been:
● worn or used
● had the lace cut, altered, or contaminated
● tangled, damaged, or affected by styling products
All returned items must be in the same condition as received, including original packaging.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assist you in resolving the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law.
